Corporate Finance Manager responsibilities include:

Managing multiple deals at a time, lead scoping meetings and prepare formal reports to include your recommendations for the client
Assuming responsibility for larger projects and where needed supporting Partners in larger more complex deals
Managing the corporate team and supporting junior colleagues with their projects to ensure timely delivery

As an Corporate Finance Manager, you will:

Worked in transaction services for at least 3-5 years or wider Corporate Finance lines.
Managed people and good attention to project delivery.
An industry relevant qualification e.g ACA. However, exceptions can be made for candidates with solid Transaction Services experience
