As a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager you will:

Take day-to-day responsibility for the efficient delivery of the corporate tax compliance process, including high-profile creative sector tax credit claims and tax accounting.

Conduct detailed technical research to resolve complex, ad-hoc queries from clients regarding creative industry reliefs and corporate tax legislation.

Collaborate with specialist colleagues to advise clients on technical areas including capital allowances, R&D tax relief, transfer pricing, Substantial Shareholdings Exemption (SSE), and Corporate Interest Restriction (CIR).

Supervise, mentor, and review the technical work of junior team members to assist with their ongoing professional growth.

Proactively identify commercial tax advisory opportunities within your allocated client portfolio.
As the successful candidate you will:

Be ACA or CTA qualified with a proven track record of handling corporate tax compliance and advisory matters within a professional practice environment.

Demonstrate strong UK corporate tax technical skills and the ability to dissect complex queries to formulate robust tax solutions.

Possess strong project management capabilities, with a verified ability to plan workflows, meet strict deadlines, and successfully monitor client budgets.
What You’ll Receive
