Corporate Tax Assistant Manager responsibilities include:
- Transfer pricing
- Group reorganisations
- R&D tax relief
- M&A and complex international tax matters
As a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager you will:
- Be ACA, CA and/or CTA qualified.
- Have experience of managing a busy corporate tax or mixed tax portfolio
- Demonstrate confidence in being the first point of contact for clients
- Be keen to supervise and develop more junior members of staff
- Have a strong compliance background and either experience of, or aptitude towards advisory work
