Corporate Tax Assistant Manager - Reading, Berkshire - Top 10 Firm

With 5,000 staff operating from over 30 UK based offices, they have a global reach, offering their staff overseas secondment opportunities and exposure to an international client base. 

Corporate Tax Assistant Manager responsibilities include:

  • Transfer pricing
  • Group reorganisations
  • R&D tax relief
  • M&A and complex international tax matters

As a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager you will:

  • Be ACA, CA and/or CTA qualified.
  • Have experience of managing a busy corporate tax or mixed tax portfolio
  • Demonstrate confidence in being the first point of contact for clients
  • Be keen to supervise and develop more junior members of staff
  • Have a strong compliance background and either experience of, or aptitude towards advisory work

In return, as a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager, you will receive:

  • paid overtime
  • 25 days holiday
  • 10am-4pm core hours
  • hybrid working (50% working from home)
