Responsibilities

Acting as a senior technical resource for the corporate tax compliance team on complex matters.
Leading and supporting a variety of advisory projects including restructures, group planning, and transactions.
Managing a portfolio of international tax issues and R&D claims.
Identifying and converting new business opportunities through active networking and proposal preparation.
Collaborating with Partners and other service lines to deliver holistic client solutions.
Staying abreast of market developments and economic factors affecting the corporate tax landscape.

As a Corporate Tax Director you will:

Be CTA qualified with significant experience within a corporate tax environment.
Demonstrate a proven track record in both compliance and complex advisory work.
Possess strong leadership and people management skills to mentor a growing team.
Showcase a commercial mindset with a passion for business development.
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, building long-term professional relationships.
