Corporate Tax Director

Corporate Tax Director – Edinburgh – Top 20 Firm

Are you a Corporate Tax Director or Corporate Tax Senior Manager in a mid-tier or smaller firm seeking a larger brand on your CV? Our client is one of the most prestigious firms in the Top 20 with a whole host of household name clients, both individuals and corporates. The firm has a well-earned reputation for treating their staff well and offering a flexible and supportive work environment.

Corporate Tax Director responsibilities include:

  • Group tax planning, property planning, capital allowances, CFC and residency matters, corporate interest restriction, R&D tax credits and s455 tax planning.
  • Tax accounting will also be an essential part of the role.
  • Work closely with the Partner on stand-alone tax advisory projects.
  • Structuring acquisitions and disposals, transaction support and due diligence.

As a Corporate Tax Director, you will:

  • Be CTA qualified
  • Have over 9 years’ Corporate Tax experience
  • Extensive knowledge and experience working on a varied and large portfolio of clients
  • Experience with complex clients and managing client relationships
  • Demonstrable experience in developing business and creating key relationships
  • Have excellent staff management skills
