Corporate Tax Director Responsibilities include:

Whilst the annual corporate tax compliance is the key focus of the role, tax planning will arise as a matter of course across this diverse portfolio of clients.
This will include areas such as group tax planning, property planning, capital allowances, CFC and residency matters, corporate interest restriction, R&D tax credits and s455 tax planning.
Tax accounting will also be an essential part of the role.
Work closely with the Partner on stand-alone tax advisory projects, including structuring acquisitions and disposals, transaction support and due diligence.

As a Corporate Tax Director, you will:

Be CTA qualified
Have over 9 years’ Corporate Tax experience
Extensive knowledge and experience working on a varied and large portfolio of clients
Experience with complex clients and managing client relationships
Demonstrable experience in developing business and creating key relationships
Have excellent staff management skills
Have experience of onboarding new clients including leading projects and providing training
Ideally have mix of 50% Compliance and 50% Advisory
