Corporate Tax Manager responsibilities include:

managing a portfolio of compliance clients covering OMBs and larger international groups
provision of tax planning and advisory services, including tax due diligence projects
assisting partners with projects/consultancy work, resolving complex and varied issues
drafting technical material such as factsheets and articles
assisting in marketing initiatives, such as the preparation of factsheets
control of WIP on allocated jobs or projects

As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will:

Be CTA qualified
Have over 5 years’ Corporate Tax experience
Be comfortable managing a team on a portfolio of clients
Have worked on advisory projects
Demonstrate an aptitude towards identifying and undertaking potential advisory assignments
Have experience with International and Property Tax
