Corporate Tax Manager – Big 4 – (East Midlands)

OMB Corporate Tax Manager responsibilities include:

Ownership for a diverse and broad portfolio of client engagements, including privately owned and private equity portfolio companies.
Advising clients and internal stakeholders on the latest tax technical issues, including delivering sessions at client / knowledge events.
Developing significant market relationships with both our interesting clients
Maintaining an expert level of relevant tax knowledge (both UK and overseas)

As a Private Business Tax Manager, you will:

Be CTA qualified
Have over 5 years’ Corporate Tax experience with an OMB focus
Be comfortable managing a team on a portfolio of clients
Have worked on advisory projects
Demonstrate an aptitude towards identifying and undertaking potential advisory assignments
