Responsibilities

Lead and deliver an expansive portfolio of corporate tax advisory projects, including corporate restructures, M&A transactions, share schemes, and complex international tax matters.

Drive regional business development initiatives, identifying opportunities across existing networks and converting active leads into profitable advisory revenue.

Provide advanced technical support on highly complex corporate tax compliance assignments for substantial owner-managed businesses and large multinational groups.

Act as a key trusted advisor to a diverse corporate client base, spanning entrepreneurial growth entities, FCA-regulated firms, and prominent AIM-listed PLCs.

Mentor, upskill, and manage team members to expand the technical advisory capabilities of a regional corporate tax department comprising nearly 100 specialists.

Enhance the internal profile of the corporate tax service line, proactively engaging across cross-functional service teams to optimise commercial workflow delivery.
