As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will:

High-level management of the successful delivery of technically complex and demanding projects, ensuring a practical and business-focused approach is taken.
Lead client account management, reporting directly to Directors and Partners while building trusted, long-term relationships as their primary day-to-day contact.
Drive pro-active business development initiatives to identify and convert opportunities, adding value to both new and existing clients.
Shape the strategy and operations of the Aberdeen office team, supporting the partner group in evolving and delivering regional growth strategy.

As the successful candidate you will:

Hold a professional qualification such as ACA, CA, ATT, CTA, a legal qualification, or be a Tax Inspector with full Technical Training Course completion.
Demonstrate significant experience in Corporate Tax gained from either a professional practice or an in-house tax background.
Exhibit proven expertise in tax accounting and tax audit, alongside a strong ability to read and interpret existing and new tax statute.
Show a strong track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing junior staff members to build effective delivery teams.
