Corporate Tax Senior Manager – City of London – Top 40 Firm
Are you an experienced Corporate Tax Manager looking for a step up to Senior Corporate Tax Manager?

Corporate Tax Senior Manager responsibilities include:
- Building relationships with a portfolio of clients in our corporate and business tax team
- Proactively talking time to consider tax planning opportunities which may be relevant to them, and working with the tax directors and partners to support delivery of this
- Negotiating and raising fees and being responsible for WIP management on your portfolio of clients. ?
- Contribution to the general management of the corporate and business tax department
- Assistance with the training of tax staff either on the job based or by way of participation in regular technical updates.
- Appraisal of junior staff with responsibility for development and performance.
- Assisting on queries arising from our international network
As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will:
- Be CTA qualified with 5 years PQE
- Demonstrate broad and strong technical tax knowledge and experience. Mixed tax knowledge would be a benefit, but corporate tax experience is priority for the role
- Experience dealing with complex groups and related tax challenges
- Experience identifying opportunities for business development
- Experience managing and developing a team
