Debt Advisory Director responsibilities
Lead complex client engagements to raise capital and optimize debt structures for private equity-backed and owner-managed businesses.Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with a diverse range of lenders and high-profile clients across the London market.
Provide expert leadership and mentorship to a growing team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous professional development.
Monitor debt market trends and regulatory changes to provide proactive insight and shape the firm’s evolving debt advisory offering.
As the successful candidate you will
Have 8-10+ years of experience in debt advisory, leveraged finance, or corporate banking.
Demonstrate a proven track record of leading deals from inception through to successful completion.
Possess strong financial acumen and sophisticated modelling capabilities to design innovative financing solutions.
Exhibit a strategic, client-centric mindset with the ability to navigate complex negotiations.
