As an Indirect Tax Senior Manager, you will:

Take high-level management and delivery responsibility for technically complex, demanding VAT consulting projects, ensuring a practical and business-driven approach.
Lead the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the regional team, including managing assignments and junior staff development.
Proactively drive business development by managing existing clients, identifying new market opportunities, and converting leads from other areas of the practice.
Act as the primary advisor to build and maintain deep client relationships, helping them mitigate indirect tax risks, improve day-to-day reporting, and optimize working capital.

As the successful candidate you will:

Demonstrate significant experience in VAT, gained either within a professional services environment or a major in-house tax team.
Possess a proven track record of creating, supporting, and leading effective delivery teams, with strong capabilities in coaching and mentoring staff.
Exhibit strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to sustain opinions and handle complex commercial challenges confidently.
Display robust project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to plan work, monitor budgets, and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure.
