Corporate Finance Assistant Director/Director Position – Manchester – Top 10 Accountancy Firm – M&A

Are you a Corporate Finance Associate Director or Director looking to join a team that has enjoyed strong deal flow over 2024? Our client, a Top 10 accounting firm, are looking for an Associate Director or Director to support in the next phase of growth.

You’ll be supporting on both buy and sell side deals, sector agnostic, with values 10m-200m

Corporate Finance Assistant Director/Director responsibilities will include:

• Networking and deal origination
• Supporting junior colleagues on transactions
• Leading on deals, preparing pitch decks and supporting on larger deals with the Partner

As a Corporate Finance Assistant Director/Director - you will:

• Have worked in Corporate Finance for 4+ years
• Have a strong understanding of deal structures and experience managing/supporting junior execs
• Have an industry qualification e.g. ACA. However, exceptions can be made for candidates with significant experience
