Outsourcing Associate Director responsibilities include:
- Promoting the Outsourcing business through networking and active promotional activities within and outside the firm
- Driving new service opportunities across a portfolio of Real Estate clients across various asset classes
- Supporting the team in the high-quality provision of timely information for completion of annual statutory compliance
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing a substantial client portfolio
As an Outsourcing Associate Director, you will:
- Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
- Have over 4 years’ post-qualified experience
- Be experienced in managing a large portfolio of management accounts clients
- Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
- Preferably have working knowledge of Xero, Quickbooks and Sage
- Have experience of onboarding new clients including preparing proposals and providing training
- Ideally have strong knowledge of the range of cloud accounting software and associated Apps
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of, or passion for, the Real Estate sector
