Our client is a Top 10 practice with award-winning progression pathways, a diverse client base and inclusive culture. With 5,000 staff operating from over 30 UK based offices, they have a global reach, offering their staff overseas secondment opportunities and exposure to an international client base.
Outsourcing Manager responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio or clients within the Real Estate industry
- Giving clients added-value industry specific insights
- Provide a comprehensive actual vs budget analysis along with knowledge of the markets
- Liaising with senior client personnel to discuss their current and future issues/plans
- Assisting and advising clients to ensure compliance with professional accounting standards
As an Outsourcing Manager, you will:
- Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
- Have over 3 years’ post-qualified experience
- Be experienced in managing a portfolio of management accounts clients
- Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
- Preferably have working knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks and Sage
- Have experience of onboarding new clients including preparing proposals and providing training
- Ideally have strong knowledge of the range of cloud accounting software and associated Apps
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of, or passion for, the Real Estate sector
