Outsourcing Manager responsibilities include:

Managing a portfolio or clients within the Real Estate industry
Giving clients added-value industry specific insights
Provide a comprehensive actual vs budget analysis along with knowledge of the markets
Liaising with senior client personnel to discuss their current and future issues/plans
Assisting and advising clients to ensure compliance with professional accounting standards

As an Outsourcing Manager, you will:

Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
Have over 3 years’ post-qualified experience
Be experienced in managing a portfolio of management accounts clients
Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
Preferably have working knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks and Sage
Have experience of onboarding new clients including preparing proposals and providing training
Ideally have strong knowledge of the range of cloud accounting software and associated Apps
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of, or passion for, the Real Estate sector
