This Top 10 Firm is looking for a skilled Outsourcing Supervisor to join their rapidly growing Accounting and Financial Reporting department in Newcastle. As an Outsourcing Supervisor you will:

• Take full responsibility for a diverse client portfolio, including large corporate entities and overseas groups across the technology, pharmaceuticals, and renewable energy sectors.

• Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of management accounts and VAT returns for complex corporate structures.

• Supervise junior assistants on bank reconciliations and ledger activities, ensuring accurate postings to the General Ledger and AP/AR ledgers.

• Partner directly with clients to resolve technical issues within their finance functions, accounting records, and systems.

As the successful candidate you will:

• Be part-qualified or fully qualified ACA/ACCA, or have a minimum of 5 years’ experience Qualified by Experience (QBE).

• Demonstrate strong technical proficiency in MS Excel alongside a natural aptitude for navigating modern accounting packages.

• Possess a collaborative approach to teamwork, with a genuine interest in guiding and developing junior team members.
