This Top 10 Firm is looking for a skilled Outsourcing Supervisor to join their rapidly growing Accounting and Financial Reporting department in Newcastle. As an Outsourcing Supervisor you will:

Take full responsibility for a diverse client portfolio, including large corporate entities and overseas groups across the technology, pharmaceuticals, and renewable energy sectors.
Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of management accounts and VAT returns for complex corporate structures.
Supervise junior assistants on bank reconciliations and ledger activities, ensuring accurate postings to the General Ledger and AP/AR ledgers.
Partner directly with clients to resolve technical issues within their finance functions, accounting records, and systems.

As the successful candidate you will:

Be part-qualified or fully qualified ACA/ACCA, or have a minimum of 5 years’ experience Qualified by Experience (QBE).
Demonstrate strong technical proficiency in MS Excel alongside a natural aptitude for navigating modern accounting packages.
Possess a collaborative approach to teamwork, with a genuine interest in guiding and developing junior team members.
