Partner Designate - Friendly Local Practice – Finchley, London

Are you an Audit & Accounts Manager seeking a pathway to partnership?

Our client is fast growing with a friendly but professional work environment, with plenty of social functions organised throughout the year for the team and a positive, trusting culture from Director through to Trainees. Their clients are medium sized firms or groups with overseas links mainly focussed on Bridging Loan Companies, but also include Consultants, Construction Firms, GP Practices, Salons and large Retailers with an online presence. Our client is also pushing forward with paperless working and have implemented software to work fully on the Cloud, as well as accounting software such as Xero, Quickbooks, Digita, CCH and IRIS.

The firm is ideally hoping for someone who is hands on with a mix of Accounts, Audit & Tax experience, strong management skills and demonstrate business development skills with a view to taking over the business within 3-7 years, depending on the person.

There is a comprehensive recurring commission structure, payable on all payments put through on clients introduced, and the option to build equity in lieu.

As an Audit & Accounts Senior Manager, you will:

• Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
• Have over 4 years’ post-qualified experience
• Be experienced in managing a large portfolio of audit and accounts clients
• Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
