Ranging from start-up businesses to entities with complex affairs and assets in excess of £50m, they’re industry sectors cover clients in property, professional services and natural resources. Private Client Tax Senior responsibilities include:

Dealing with annual tax returns for delegated clients
Liaising with HM Revenue and Customs on behalf of clients
Involvement in a wide range of personal tax assignments, including tax forecasting, considering residence and domicile status, capital gains tax, planning and enquiry work
Responding to issues and queries from clients
Managing your own portfolio of private clients, trusts and partnerships, including taking responsibility for raising bills
Providing support to Managers and Partners on their portfolios and ad hoc projects
Training and supervising junior staff

As a Private Client Tax Senior, you will be/have:

A Qualified Tax Advisor – ATT/CTA – or qualified by experience
Over 3 years’ Personal Tax experience
Exposure to working on your own portfolio of clients consisting of directors of owner-managed businesses, property clients, HNWI's, landed estates, non-UK domiciled individuals and non-resident clients
Demonstrate an aptitude towards identifying potential advisory assignments
