Quality Assurance Manager

We are looking for candidates with a diverse skill set, encompassing the following experience, skills, and attributes:

Degree qualified with at least 2 years’ experience within the food & Drink manufacturing Industry.
Extensive knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)
Previously worked on internal and external quality audits including BRC Audits.
Ability to analyse data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues, and supported initiatives to improve the Quality performances within factories.
Excellent understanding of the relevant food safety standards, codes of practice, and legal requirements.
Managed and/or supervised QA Teams.
Ability to build positive relationships with all departments such as production, engineering and supply chain.
Recognises the importance of best quality standards and hygiene practices.
Experienced leading traceability exercises.
Strong commercial awareness and excellent communications skills.
