Quality Assurance Manager

We are looking for candidates with a diverse skill set, encompassing the following experience, skills, and attributes:

• Degree qualified with at least 2 years’ experience within the food & Drink manufacturing Industry.
• Extensive knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)
• Previously worked on internal and external quality audits including BRC Audits.
• Ability to analyse data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues, and supported initiatives to improve the Quality performances within factories.
• Excellent understanding of the relevant food safety standards, codes of practice, and legal requirements.
• Managed and/or supervised QA Teams.
• Ability to build positive relationships with all departments such as production, engineering and supply chain.
• Recognises the importance of best quality standards and hygiene practices.
• Experienced leading traceability exercises.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent communications skills.
