We are looking for candidates with a diverse skill set, encompassing the following experience, skills, and attributes:
- Degree qualified with at least 2 years’ experience within the food & Drink manufacturing Industry.
- Extensive knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)
- Previously worked on internal and external quality audits including BRC Audits.
- Ability to analyse data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues, and supported initiatives to improve the Quality performances within factories.
- Excellent understanding of the relevant food safety standards, codes of practice, and legal requirements.
- Managed and/or supervised QA Teams.
- Ability to build positive relationships with all departments such as production, engineering and supply chain.
- Recognises the importance of best quality standards and hygiene practices.
- Experienced leading traceability exercises.
- Strong commercial awareness and excellent communications skills.
