R&D Tax Associate Director responsibilities include:

Oversee a portfolio of key R&D clients
Prepare R&D reports for submission to HMRC and deliver?R&D?tax client services to a high standard
Demonstrate a collaborative approach and be able to demonstrate an awareness of technical risk through well supported research
Aim to increase your client base through an organised approach to business development e.g. networking, client recommendation requests, and developing referrer base
Confident in delivering technical advice and support to colleagues in relation to innovation incentives and tax planning for innovative companies

As an R&D Tax Associate Director, you will:

Be CTA or ATT qualified and/or come from a technical background (e.g. Maths or Engineering)
Have over 7 years’ in working in R&D tax
Managing and delivering work to a client portfolio
Be reviewing computations and R&D Calculations
Providing advice on tax technical points to clients
Staff management skills
