R&D Tax Associate Director responsibilities include:
- Oversee a portfolio of key R&D clients
- Prepare R&D reports for submission to HMRC and deliver?R&D?tax client services to a high standard
- Demonstrate a collaborative approach and be able to demonstrate an awareness of technical risk through well supported research
- Aim to increase your client base through an organised approach to business development e.g. networking, client recommendation requests, and developing referrer base
- Confident in delivering technical advice and support to colleagues in relation to innovation incentives and tax planning for innovative companies
As an R&D Tax Associate Director, you will:
- Be CTA or ATT qualified and/or come from a technical background (e.g. Maths or Engineering)
- Have over 7 years’ in working in R&D tax
- Managing and delivering work to a client portfolio
- Be reviewing computations and R&D Calculations
- Providing advice on tax technical points to clients
- Staff management skills
