They boast a strong reputation for providing highly specialised accounting, tax and financial management services across the sector. They work with a broad range of clients, from artists performing in the world's largest stadia, to those working in smaller, more intimate venues. Its comprehensive service offering includes business management, worldwide taxation and accounting (both corporate and personal), royalties and touring, alongside financial management, VAT and other specialist accounting and tax requirements.

Responsibilities

As a Semi-Senior Bookkeeper you will:

Take ownership of day-to-day operational, administrative, and double-entry bookkeeping tasks across a dedicated portfolio of music, artist, and entertainment clients.
Prepare and review payment runs, verify approvals, track supplier invoices, and monitor cash flow and fund management.
Produce management accounts, VAT workings, commission reports, and perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
Act as the primary client-facing contact, liaising daily with clients, promoters, agents, suppliers, and external advisers.
Assist with touring and event documentation, including FEUs, CWAs, show revenues, settlement packs, and end-of-tour financial reporting.
Work collaboratively alongside Assistant Managers and Senior Managers to streamline workflow and support higher-level management reporting.
