Senior Accountant – Sheffield – Top 30 Firm

Are you an ACA/ACCA qualified Senior Accountant looking for the next step in your career? Would you like to work for a leading accountancy firm in the North East?

Our client, a Top 30 firm with a UK network of over 25 offices, has a passion for promoting prosperity for their team, their clients and their communities. With many of the firm’s Partners and senior management being home grown, they believe in developing their people to be more than just accountants. Offering a full range of accounting and advisory services, the firm’s clients cover a broad range of OMBs, international groups and AIM listed businesses. They are recruiting for a Senior Accountant in their Sheffield office!

Senior Accountant responsibilities include:

  • Managing a varied portfolios of clients
  • Maintaining good client relationships
  • Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and tax returns
  • Coaching and training junior team members

As a Senior Accountant, you will:

  • Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
  • Have experience of reviewing accounts preparation assignments
  • Demonstrate the ability to supervise a small team
