This well-established London practice operates as an Independent Firm of Accountants specializing in dedicated business management, accounting, and advisory services for an elite client base. Responsibilities

Maintain QuickBooks Online general ledgers, sub-ledgers, and electronic filing systems within Microsoft Teams.
Process complete accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including raising sales invoices.
Perform monthly multi-currency bank, credit card, petty cash, and tour manager float reconciliations.
Post and reconcile intercompany accounts in local currencies, executing foreign currency revaluations at month-end.
Prepare payment packs online for manager approval and process directors’ expense claims.
Assist account managers with the preparation of VAT return packs, management accounts, tour accounts, and annual accounts.
Provide informal supervision, delegation, and work review for junior bookkeeping staff.

As a Senior Bookkeeper you will:

Work extensively with software packages including QuickBooks Online and Sage.
Collaborate directly with Account Managers to gather essential tax information for personal and corporate tax returns.
Ensure a high degree of accuracy and urgency when handling rapid-turnaround financial transactions.
