Senior Insolvency Administrator responsibilities include:
- Managing case delivery, including pre-appointment, case progression and closure as well as ensuring all aspects of casework are completed in a timely manner
- Attending interviews with directors, bankrupts and other relevant parties
- working collaboratively with directors and employees both pre and post appointment as ell as liaising with solicitors on specific legal issues arising on cases
- Attending meetings with shareholders and creditors
- Being a point of contact for dealing with claims and queries from creditors and declaring dividends
As a Senior insolvency Administrator, you will be/have:
- ACA/ACCA or CPI/ICAEW qualified
- A good amount of insolvency experience
- The ability to work to deadlines when reporting on case progress
- An experienced case handler
