Residential Property Services Accountant/Bookkeeper – North London

Our client a progressive and fast-growing firm based in North London and offer a wide range of specialist services covering Audit, Accounting, Tax, Outsourcing and Business consultancy services. The firm have a diverse & prestigious multibillion client base with strengths in Property, Hospitality, PR companies, Retail, Financial Services and IT & Software clients.

Service Charge Bookkeeper responsibilities include:

• Preparing Service Charge accounts
• Reconciling all control accounts
• Assisting and providing clients with solutions to queries
• Assisting generally within the department

As a Service  Charge Bookkeeper, you will have:

• At least 2 years’ experience in accounting and within the residential property management industry
• A good understanding of the preparation of service charge accounts presented to leaseholders
• Good experience with dealing with clients
