Are you a Transactions Tax Senior Manager/Associate Director looking to join a leading firm in the North West?

Our client is one of the largest multinational accountancy firms in the UK. With a deep focus on mid-market businesses as well as large, listed clients the firm offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of assignments in a collaborative and partner-led environment. They are recruiting for a Transactions Tax Associate Director in their state-of-the-art office in Manchester!

Transactions Tax Associate Director responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with clients and legal advisors, as well as other director/partners
  • Leading due diligence meetings with clients
  • Working with and building strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Researching and preparing proposals for prospective clients

As a Transactions Tax Associate Director, you will be/have:

  • ACA or CTA qualified
  • Over 7 years’ Deals Tax Experience including
  • Experience managing clients, strong knowledge and ability to deal with complex tax issues
  • Experience with client take on and engagement, billings, and identification of opportunities to improve recoveries                    
  • Leading on projects, actively seek opportunities for developing new clients and for selling new services
  • Staff management experience
