Transactions Tax Manager responsibilities include:

Liaising with clients and legal advisors, as well as other members of the management team
Leading due diligence meetings with clients
Working with and building strong relationships with stakeholders
Researching and preparing proposals for prospective clients

As a Transactions Tax Manager, you will have/be:

ACA or CTA qualified
Over 5 years’ Deals Tax Experience including
Experience managing a portfolio of clients dealing with the compliance and advisory
Experience on projects, actively seek opportunities for developing new clients and for selling new services
Lead on projects, actively seeking opportunities for developing new clients and for selling new services
