Are you a Transactions Tax Manager looking to join a leading firm in the North West?
Our client is one of the largest multinational accountancy firms in the UK. With a deep focus on mid-market businesses as well as large, listed clients the firm offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of assignments in a collaborative and partner-led environment. They are recruiting for a Transaction Tax Manager in their state-of-the-art office in Manchester!
Transactions Tax Manager responsibilities include:
- Liaising with clients and legal advisors, as well as other members of the management team
- Leading due diligence meetings with clients
- Working with and building strong relationships with stakeholders
- Researching and preparing proposals for prospective clients
As a Transactions Tax Manager, you will have/be:
- ACA or CTA qualified
- Over 5 years’ Deals Tax Experience including
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients dealing with the compliance and advisory
- Experience on projects, actively seek opportunities for developing new clients and for selling new services
- Lead on projects, actively seeking opportunities for developing new clients and for selling new services
