Accounts and Tax Partner responsibilities include:

Managing and growing a significant client portfolio, ensuring strong relationships and high levels of client satisfaction
Completing final reviews of larger, complex client files, ensuring the best possible value, advice, and quality are delivered
Ensuring that technical compliance and accuracy are maintained across all areas of work, meeting deadlines and regulatory requirements
Recruiting, developing, and managing a high-performing senior team to deliver exceptional client service
Demonstrating expertise in accounting, tax, and compliance to ensure clients receive the highest standards of service

As an Accounts and Tax Partner, you will be/have:

ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
CTA qualified (desirable but not essential)
Similar experience as an Accounts and Tax Partner or Director in mid-tier firm
Expertise in building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs
Experienced in managing a large portfolio of accounts clients
Demonstrate success in winning business or a willingness to do so
