Accounts Assistant Manager responsibilities include:
- Ensure day to day client files/audits are completed correctly and within the timeframes and
requirements set - Support junior team members with questions and queries to ensure accurate work is produced
- Deliver client work and ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements
- Prepare client paperwork (Accounts, tax, PAYE, VAT) within allocated deadlines to allow timely submission to HMRC
- Plan own workload to ensure deadlines are met and work is ready for sign off
As an Accounts Assistant Manager, you will:
- Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
- Have over 18 months’ post-qualified experience of reviewing accountants’ preparation assignments
- Be the first point of contact for a portfolio of accounts clients
- Demonstrate the ability to supervise and develop a team of staff
