Accounts Manager – Crawley, West Sussex – Top 30 Firm

Our client is a Top 30 firm with a strong presence within in the local OMB client base but part of a leading international network offering overseas secondments. They are a strong business partner to their clients, so look to hire people who want to add value to their clients.

Accounts Manager responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of medium & large corporate clients
• Overseeing the preparation of financial statements (FRS 102 & IFRS)
• Working alongside internal & external audit teams
• Providing technical accounting advice to clients
• Leading FRS 102 transition projects (revenue recognition, lease accounting)
• Preparing technical reports and memorandums
• Training and mentoring junior team members
• Driving business development and client relationships
• Managing the WIP, billing & financials for your portfolio

As an Accounts Manager, you will:

• Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
• Have over 3 years’ post-qualified experience
• Be experienced in managing a portfolio of accounts clients
• Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff

• 35-hour week
• 28 days holiday
• 10am-4:30pm core hours
