Accounts & Outsourcing Manager – Music Department – Top 50 Firm – London

Do you have experience working on Business Management for clients in Music ? Are you eager to diversify your accounting knowledge within a Top 50 firm?

Our client, a Top 50 firm with over 40 Partners and 400 staff, are looking for someone to join their growing music division. The role will be a mix of business management, management accounting and statutory accounting and will be responsible for supporting and growing the team around them. As a firm with newly acquired equity backing the firm aims for sustainable growth by maintaining their position at the forefront of technological advancements within the accountancy world and promoting staff wellbeing as demonstrated by their B Corp certification and their high ranking in the Workplace Wellbeing index.

Our client is looking for a Manager with music experience to join their creative team. The role will be working directly with the Partner and Senior Managers, supporting them in the management of a diverse team of creative accountants as well as managing an extensive portfolio of high net-worth individuals.

Accounts & Outsourcing Manager responsibilities include:

Work directly with high profile artists through a team of supervisors, seniors and trainees
Business management for high-net-worth individuals
Manage confidential client relationships
Be the first point of contact for clients
Work closely alongside the Partner in the Music and Entertainment department
Take an active role in the overall development and progression of your team

As an Accounts & Outsourcing Manager, you will:

Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
Have over 3 years’ post-qualified experience
Be experienced in managing a large portfolio of accounts, management accounts and music accounts clients
Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
