Associate responsibilities

Support the full lifecycle of M&A transactions, including the preparation of high-quality marketing materials, pitch decks, and information memorandums.
Perform complex financial modelling, valuation analysis (DCF, LBO, comps), and deep-dive sector research within the TMT space.
Act as a key point of contact for clients and external advisors, managing the due diligence process and data room coordination.
Mentor and oversee the work of Analysts, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with the firm's premium delivery standards.

As the successful candidate you will

Have a proven track record of supporting successful transaction closings within a reputable bank or boutique.
Exhibit the drive to operate in a fast-paced, deal-heavy environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
