Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day execution of complex leveraged finance transactions, including LBOs, acquisition financing, and refinancings.
Oversee the preparation and rigorous review of financing materials, lender presentations, and offering memoranda.
Drive engagement with loan and bond investors, rating agencies, and legal counsel to ensure seamless transaction delivery.
Support senior bankers in the origination of new mandates by developing tailored financing ideas and capital structure solutions.
Coordinate comprehensive due diligence processes and manage multi-stakeholder Q&A sessions.

As a Vice President you will:

Manage, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of Associates and Analysts, ensuring a high-performance culture.
Lead financial modelling and capital structure analysis, ensuring 100% accuracy across all client deliverables.
Build and maintain strong internal relationships across M&A, Sector Coverage, and ECM teams to provide integrated coverage.
Provide expert insight on market sentiment, pricing trends, and optimal execution strategies for EMEA borrowers.
Uphold the highest standards of integrity and quality in every aspect of client service and transaction management.
