Audit & Accounts Partner – London – 10 Partner Firm – Salary £150k to £250k

Are you a driven RI Audit & Accounts Partner with a passion for business development? Are you looking to be a Head of Department that would help drive your divisions future? Are you looking for a clear route to equity?

Our client, well-established 10 Partner Firm based in London which has c30 staff, with a focus on driving growth within the SME audit and accountancy market particularly leveraging the firm’s strong audit ability.

They are a truly collaborative firm and are fully focused on growing their independent firm both organically and through acquisition. This role offers a great opportunity to take a lead role in the future of the firm.

Audit & Accounts Partner responsibilities include:

• Taking ownership of a c£900k client portfolio
• Strong focus on business development & strategic growth of the division
• Taking responsibility for the client relationships of the audits and most technical accounting clients
• Team management

As an Audit & Accounts Partner, you will:

• Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
• Have held RI Status for 2-3 years minimum
• Be experienced in managing a large portfolio of audit and accounts clients
• Demonstrate success in winning business or a willingness to do so
