Audit & Accounts Senior responsibilities include:
- Responsible for auditing of companies, charities and education businesses including planning, and finalisation of jobs, in a wide range of sectors.
- Preparation of tax computations and Corporation Tax returns (CT600) with the support from the tax specialist team, as required.
- Preparation of statutory accounts of companies, and consolidated accounts of groups together with tax computations under FRS102 and IFRS requirements from client draft figures.
- Identifying business development opportunities with clients and progressing these in liaison with Partner/Director.
As an Audit & Accounts Senior, you will:
- Be ACA or ACCA Qualified, or finalist
- Have experience of leading audits from planning to completion
- Demonstrate the ability to lead staff during an audit
- Have a strong skillset across accountancy, including corporate tax.
- Preferably have working knowledge of CCH or Pro-Audit
- Ideally have audited large, complex clients and consolidated group structures
