As an Audit Senior you will:

Produce detailed audit planning, identify potential difficulties, and ensure appropriate testing strategies are applied to generate sufficient audit evidence
Monitor job progress and financial performance, ensuring that budgets and strict deadlines are managed effectively
Provide technical advice, guidance, and on-the-job training to more junior team members to enhance future effectiveness
Monitor the performance of junior staff, delivering structured feedback after file reviews and completing audit review forms

As the successful candidate you will:

Be ICAEW/ICAS qualified or close to qualifying
Bring external audit experience, gained specifically within Banking or Financial Services clients
Possess strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, with familiarity across IFRS and ISA
Demonstrate strong computer literacy, including experience with CaseWare (accounts and audit)
