If so, our client a Top 10 accountancy practice, are looking for a talented newly qualified auditor to join their growing Financial Services team. The team cover a variety of financial services sub-sectors as well as being the leading auditors for Hedge Funds in the UK. Whilst experience with Financial Service clients would be beneficial it is not a necessity as long as you have a keen desire for the sector.

Audit Assistant Manager responsibilities include:

• Leading Audits from planning to completion
• Professional and productive client liaising
• Supervising and training junior team members

As an Audit Assistant Manager you will:

• Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
• Have over 18 month’ post-qualified experience of leading audits from planning to completion
• Be experienced in managing a small portfolio of clients
• Demonstrate the ability to supervise and develop a team of staff]
• Preferably have working knowledge of Caseware
• Have experience of external auditing of small and medium sized enterprises under FRS102
• Have experience of external auditing of listed corporations under IFRS
• Ideally have audited large consolidated group structures
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of, or passion for the financial services sector
