Our client, a progressive and award-winning Top 30 Firm of accountants, is seeking a client-oriented Audit Manager to join their Heathrow team based in Egham. Having performed strongly over the past couple of years the firm are continuing to grow their team and to develop the quality of their client offering. This key role, within a strong team, will take responsibility for management of audits and advisory assignments for clients with turnovers up to £50m. With the firm being a member of an international affiliation group, you will take advantage of opportunities working with both UK based entrepreneurs and SMEs as well as broad range of international businesses.

Audit Manager responsibilities include:

Overseeing the preparation of financial statements under FRS102 and IFRS.
Attendance and contributions at client meetings.
Management and development of upcoming audit talent.
Financial management of portfolio taking control of WIP, billing and debt management.
Involvement in business development, including maintaining own key contacts and fostering new relationships.

As an Audit Manager you will:

Be ACA or ACCA qualified
Have a minimum of five years' experience in an Accountancy Practice
Demonstrate strong technical understanding of accounting and auditing standards
