Audit Manager responsibilities include:

Leading and managing a varied portfolio of charity and not-for-profit clients, delivering audits and advisory work tailored to your clients’ needs
Taking ownership of engagements from planning to completion, while working collaboratively with your team to ensure quality, insight, and compliance
Acting as a trusted advisor, offering technical guidance on accounting, practical advice on controls and wider advice
Supporting business development through tenders, networking, and identifying opportunities to add value within existing relationships
Mentoring and developing audit seniors and trainees, contributing to a culture of learning, support, and shared success

As an Audit Manager, you will:

Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
Have over 3 years’ post-qualified experience
Be experienced in managing a portfolio of clients
Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of, or passion for the charity and not-for-profit sector
