Responsibilities

Manage a complex portfolio of Far East clients, acting as the primary point of contact and building long-term relationships.
Coordinate international group audits and liaise effectively with overseas component auditors across different time zones.
Work closely with Partners to support the growth and development of the firm's Far East client base.
Plan, monitor, and deliver audit assignments from planning to completion within agreed deadlines and targets.
Proactively monitor work-in-progress (WIP), billing, and recoverability to ensure portfolio profitability.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional audit, tax, and advisory services to enhance client service delivery.

As an Audit Manager - Mandarin Speaking you will:

Bring full fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) alongside professional ICAEW, ICAS, ICAI, or ACCA qualification.
Demonstrate solid technical audit, accounting, and compliance knowledge with proven experience managing complex engagements.
Build strong stakeholder management relationships and navigate cross-border business cultures with ease.
Exhibit strong business acumen, commercial awareness, and a leadership style that inspires and develops junior team members.
Ensure all files are completed to a high standard for Partner and Responsible Individual (RI) review.
