Responsibilities As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager you will:

Manage a varied and high-profile portfolio of corporate tax clients across Portsmouth and the South Coast, acting as the primary senior liaison for complex technical queries and strategic tax advice.
Lead complex advisory engagements including group reorganisations, M&A due diligence, international tax structuring, and R&D tax incentives.
Oversee the corporate tax compliance cycle across your portfolio, ensuring technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely filing.
Drive business development initiatives by identifying advisory opportunities within the existing client base and winning new business.
Lead, mentor, and coach junior and managerial tax staff, conducting performance reviews and facilitating structured technical training.
Utilise advanced tax software platforms, including CCH Tax and AlphaTax, to deliver streamlined compliance and reporting.
