Responsibilities

Support the audit function in the delivery of comprehensive end-to-end audit work across the department, ensuring strict adherence to professional standards, budgets, and deadlines.

Supervise, mentor, and review the work of Audit Semi-Seniors and Assistants, promoting effective team workflow and skill development.

Arrange, lead, and manage client audit planning meetings while coordinating with key internal stakeholders, Partners, and cross-functional teams.

Take full ownership of the preparation of complex client audit files, drafting critical completion documents including Going Concern assessments and Key Audit Findings Reports.

Act as the primary, proactive point of contact for nominated corporate clients during fieldwork and maintain long-term relationship momentum throughout the year.

Manage operational compliance and firm hygiene factors, ensuring all Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews, and engagement letters are fully updated.
