As an Audit Senior you will:

Take full responsibility for the planning, fieldwork, and completion of audits, actively managing delivery expectations and resolving early-stage issues.
Identify and execute more complex technical audit areas during the fieldwork stage, navigating intricate accounting treatments with guidance.
Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, managing relationship dynamics and identifying strategic areas where other service lines can provide support.
Oversee commercial engagement metrics, utilising WIP analysis to manage recoveries, quotes, lock-up, and scope creep.

As the successful candidate you will:

Hold a professional accountancy qualification (ICAS, ACCA, or equivalent), with applications also welcomed from individuals who are newly qualified or part-qualified.
Demonstrate proven experience managing full-lifecycle audits within a public practice environment.
Possess direct experience in a client-facing capacity, acting as an autonomous on-site lead during fieldwork stages.
Have a track record of delegating workflows to junior team members and taking accountability for overall team delivery timelines.
