Audit Senior – 11 Partner Firm – Glasgow

As an Audit Senior you will:

Lead audit assignments end-to-end from initial planning through to completion, acting as the senior fieldwork lead on complex technical engagements.
Prepare statutory accounts from trial balance, ensuring complete compliance with ISAs, FRS 102, and disclosure requirements.
Draft formal management letters and present audit findings directly to client boards and audit committees.
Supervise, review, and mentor junior team members, providing structured on-the-job training and supporting their professional exam progression.

As the successful candidate you will:

Hold a full CA, ICAS, or ACCA qualification with post-qualification external audit experience in public practice.
Have proven experience acting as a fieldwork lead on medium-to-large audit engagements, with exposure to corporate SMEs or specialist sectors such as Charities and Education.
Possess hands-on experience supervising, delegating to, and reviewing the work of junior audit staff.
