Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery and partner support on complex audit assignments across diverse business sectors.
Manage a key portfolio of small-to-large regional clients, maintaining regular engagement and acting as a trusted business advisor.
Deliver general practice, accounting, and advisory support alongside core audit work to meet specific commercial client requirements.
Supervise, mentor, and review the work of audit seniors, semi-seniors, and trainees, fostering continuous team development.
Identify business development and advisory opportunities across existing client networks and support new client pitches.

As an Audit Senior Manager you will:

Exercise a high degree of commercial focus, tailoring audit methodologies to align with client goals and risk profiles.
Act as the primary escalation point for client partners, managing fees, recovery rates, and resource allocation efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date technical standard knowledge across UK GAAP / FRS 102 and IFRS.
Build strong, lasting collaborative relationships across internal service lines to deliver holistic client solutions.
