Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for a designated client portfolio, managing timetables, fee invoicing, and cash collection.
Review draft accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies under FRS 102, FRS 102 1A, and FRS 105.
Prepare complex management accounts and statutory accounts for larger limited companies, partnerships, and corporate groups.
Review simple VAT returns and prepare complex, large-scale VAT submissions with complete checklist compliance.
Promote cloud accounting technology across the client base to streamline financial processes.

As a Senior Accountant you will:

Work directly with managers to plan assignment workflows, deliver to client deadlines, and maintain continuous communication.
Identify value-add and cross-service opportunities across client accounts to support business growth.
Apply UK GAAP and Companies Law technical knowledge to maintain consistently high compliance standards.
Conduct technical research for non-routine transactions and agree accounting treatments with engagement managers.
Work with increasing autonomy on complex advisory and compliance assignments.
