Audit Senior Manager Position – Gatwick – Top 10 Accountancy Firm

Audit Senior Manager responsibilities will include:

Act as audit lead, responsible for people management including resource planning and allocation, performance management, training and recommendations for promotion.
Maximising profitability from a portfolio of audited entities.
Liaison with central departments on risk management, technical and other matters.
Contribute to development of new business relationships and business proposals through high level sales and marketing activity.

As an Audit Senior Manager, you will:

Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
Have over 4 years’ post-qualified experience
Be experienced in managing a large portfolio of clients
Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
Preferably have working knowledge of ProAudit or Caseware
Ideally have experience of external auditing of listed corporations under IFRS
Ideally have audited large, consolidated group structures

In return as an Audit Senior Manager, you will receive:

35-hour week
paid overtime
28 days holiday
hybrid working (50% working from home)
8% pension
up to 15% bonus
