This is a specialised 5 Partner firm based in the West End of London, renowned for providing bespoke accountancy and tax advisory services to prominent individuals and companies within the entertainment and media industry. Operating at the intersection of creativity and commerce, the practice provides an environment where senior professionals can drive strategic growth, mentor talent, and handle diverse UK and international client affairs.

Responsibilities

Manage and take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as the primary point of contact for accounts, tax, and general advisory needs.
Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of staff, including resource allocation, performance management, and career development.
Review financial statements, corporation tax returns, VAT returns, management accounts, and personal tax returns with precision.
Collaborate with internal specialist teams, such as tax and payroll, to ensure coordinated and efficient service delivery.
Oversee the complete billing process, manage work-in-progress (WIP), and monitor job budgets and deadlines.
Lead weekly manager meetings and provide regular progress updates to the Partners.
Implement new internal processes and leverage technology to optimise practice efficiency and workflow tracking.
Deliver high-level advice to clients, assisting with complex financial matters, business management support, and systems implementation.

As a Senior Manager you will:

Be ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified
Have a minimum of 4 years post qualification experience
Have experience managing a portfolio of accounts and tax clients
Demonstrate strong leadership skills
